Meet Great Miami Dental’s Dentists
Lori Zuptich
Dr. Zuptich is originally from Cleveland, Ohio (she’s still a Cleveland Guardians fan!). She moved to Mason at age 13 and graduated from Mason High School. After high school, Dr. Zuptich’s family moved to Phoenix, Arizona, where they lived for 10 years. During this time, she completed her undergraduate degree and dental school. In 2014, after practicing for two years in pediatric dentistry in Arizona, Dr. Zuptich returned to Ohio and transitioned to general dentistry. Dr. Zuptich and her husband knew they wanted to make their way back to southwestern Ohio, and in 2022, they did, just in time before their youngest child was born.
Assisting people with dental anxiety and making her patients feel more at ease is something that Dr. Zuptich enjoys in her work. She is passionate about helping people.
Dr. Zuptich especially enjoys community outreach. She loves going to schools and daycares to demonstrate good oral hygiene and helping children at a young age learn about oral health because prevention is key.
When she’s not busy working at the practice, Dr. Zuptich likes to spend time with her family. She recently celebrated 10 years of marriage to her husband. They have a daughter and a son, whom she adores. Family time for Dr. Zuptich means cooking and baking with her kids and spending time outside. She also enjoys reading and photography when she gets the chance.
Dr. Zuptich is dedicated to health and nutrition, but also enjoys chocolate and coffee. She says it’s not what you eat, but how well you brush afterward.

Meet the Team
Registered Dental Hygienist
Tracey has been a part of Great Miami Dental Associates since 1997 and brings more than three decades of experience in dental hygiene. She earned her Associate of Science in Dental Hygiene from the University of Cincinnati Blue Ash (formerly Raymond Walters) in 1991, and since then, she has proudly cared for patients in the community she calls home. A lifelong resident of Madison Township in Middletown, Tracey has built long-lasting connections with generations of families through her gentle touch and warm conversation.
Outside of the office, Tracey is a proud mom to a daughter and a son. Over the years, she has spent countless hours cheering them on at sporting events and marching band performances. She’s also volunteered her time to many local causes and continues to stay active in the community through her position at the Atrium YMCA. In her spare time, Tracey enjoys being with family and watching any sport she can on TV. She hopes to get back into golfing and may even give pickleball a try.

Appointment Coordinator
Lorie joined the team in 2013. She has been in the dental field for over 40 years, starting at age 16, working after school. Her first job was as an assistant, then front administration, and assisting. She has enjoyed working at many offices and with many patients throughout her career. Lorie is known as the motherly figure at the practice and has everything anyone needs, from Band-Aids to Tylenol, in her purse.
Married for 26 years, Lorie has two daughters, a son, and eight grandchildren. When she’s not busy working, she enjoys bird watching, gardening, and being out in nature.
Registered Dental Hygienist
Kathryn joined the practice in 2018, and she’s originally from this area. After graduating from college with her associate’s degree in dental hygiene in 2010, Kathryn and her husband moved to Cincinnati and then to South Carolina. They quickly returned to Ohio once they found out they were having their first and only sweet baby girl. They have had three more babies since —all boys!
Kathryn loves helping patients to maintain healthy smiles, and she enjoys catching up with familiar faces year after year. She is a fan of science, details, and understanding how things work in the body, especially related to oral health. Kathryn welcomes any questions. If she doesn’t know the answer, she will try to find out.
Kathryn and her husband were high school sweethearts at Middletown Christian School and have now been married for close to 20 years. When she’s not working, she likes to spend her days reading, playing, laughing, and caring for her family. The whole family looks forward to church every week, spending time together with their friends. It’s a very busy season of life for Kathryn, but it’s an amazing one.

Dental Assistant
Elaina joined Great Miami Dental Associates in June of 2023 and brings a down-to-earth attitude and a passion for patient care in her role as one of our dental assistants. Originally from a small town in Kentucky, Elaina completed her high school diploma and dental radiology coursework before stepping into the dental field. Around the office, she’s known for being quick on her feet and a calm presence during procedures. Plus, she’s got the uncanny ability to spark up conversation with our quietest patients.
Outside of work, Elaina is an avid reader, typically making her way through 15 to 30 books each year. She enjoys hiking, camping, backpacking, and kayaking, especially in Red River Gorge. She’s been married to her husband since February 2022, and they now live in Ohio with their two Irish setter-poodle mix pups, Murphy and Koda. Elaina also loves to cook, bake, thrift, and collect vinyl records. And, whenever her ears are free, you can find her listening to a podcast about holistic health and wellness.
Expanded Functions Dental Assistant
Leah joined the practice in 2025, bringing over 25 years of experience in dentistry to our team. A graduate of Sinclair Community College, she holds certifications as both an Expanded Functions Dental Assistant (EFDA) and Certified Dental Assistant (CDA). While Leah is comfortable in every corner of the dental office, her favorite place to be is chairside, working closely with patients and supporting their care. She takes great pride in helping people feel valued and at ease, no matter what brings them into the dental clinic. She also has a deep appreciation for learning and is always eager to pick up new skills that create the best possible patient experience.
Outside the office, Leah enjoys spending time in nature. Whether she’s gardening, observing wildlife, or simply spending time outdoors, she loves slowing down and soaking it all in. The beach is her happy place, but time with her family is what she treasures most. Leah is the proud mom of two daughters and is the doting grandmother to one grandson.
